Gidget is originally from Norton/Oberlin, Kansas area and has lived in the Colby, Kansas region for the last 27 years. Gidget graduated from Colby Community College in 1986 through the Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. Gidget worked in the physical therapy field for over 30 years and, in 2019, started her insurance career.

Gidget joined the Kansas Insurance team in 2020 and is licensed in property, casualty, crop, as well as, life and health. Gidget is excited to serve the people in Thomas County area.

Gidget has two grown daughters who also live in Colby. Her oldest daughter, Maranda, is a nurse, and her husband, Dane, works in the oil field. Gidget’s youngest daughter is an EMT in Atwood, Kansas and volunteers at the fire department in Colby. In her free time, Gidget loves to garden, redo old furniture, go antiquing, go camping with family & friends, and recently purchased her own travel trailer.
